Happy Spooky Season!

This month we will be enjoying a classic novel, Stephen King’s Misery. This novel is about a writer named Pual and his psychotic fan, Annie, who finds the opportunity to care for the author after a car accident. Annie assigns herself the role of Paul’s nurse and caregiver. However, her intentions are not what they initially seem to be.

This book was turned into an American psychological horror film in 1990, starring James Caan and Kathy Bates who won four awards for her role in the movie.
